Lose weight by converting your normal activities to aerobic exercise

Get exercise in daily life

With more and more gyms and gyms in the closing and opening cycles during the ongoing coronavirus epidemic, most of us have set our goal of losing weight on the back burner. However, if you really want to lose those extra pounds, you can do that by turning your daily activities into a workout. Here are some of the daily activities we all do, which can be transformed into your simple exercise routine.

Drinking Water

The simple act of drinking water can be converted into exercise. If you have to sit for hours during work hours, instead of keeping a water bottle near your desk, choose to keep only a cup or a glass of water. This will help you in two ways - the regular presence of a water glass will remind you to keep yourself clean and when you run out of water, it will make you wake up to refill. Make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day as it will help extend your weight loss journey.

Cleaning

Cleaning is an important activity that some people do on a daily basis while others push on later weekends. In any case, the act of cleaning your home or your room can simply be turned into a workout routine using a creative dash. All you have to do is pay attention to your body when you clean and engage physically and mentally in activities. Wear some music, strengthen your spine, and use your strength to do any cleaning work. Squat while scrubbing, stretch while dusting and do lifting weights around heavy furniture to clean underneath.

Turn your shopping mall into a walkathon

Buying daily essentials can increase the number of your daily steps, use your hamstring muscles and download delicious ingredients for a rewarding dinner later. Instead of ordering groceries with apps or calls, go to your local market or drive to the department store. If you choose to drive, try to park away from the store door and use the stairs instead of the elevators and the escalator. When you have finished shopping, use the loaded grocery bags to work those arm muscles.

Go when you speak

This simple strategy to speed up your steps whenever you receive or make a call, can do wonders to improve your stamina. Whether this is work calls, meeting with your friends or family members, or waiting to contact a customer service representative - move immediately when your phone rings. All the extra steps are listed and breaking your fitness routine will seem to benefit your back muscles. Movement will help you feel refreshed, focused and alert.

Bathing

Swimming is considered one of the best exercises but if you are not able to go to the pool every day, use your bath routine to get some refreshing exercise. Use a bucket of water instead of a shower and do not sit on a chair while bathing. This will allow you to squat all the time to fill your bucket and by the time you finish, you will have completed another 40-50 squares as a professional. Remember to keep your back straight while doing squats for the best results.

Deskercise

Your duration, one of the major causes of weight gain, can be reversed. Find hand weights and do biceps curls while reading emails. Replace your desk chair with a stable ball. This will give you lower abdominal exercise every time you sit up and will also improve your posture by reducing proper spinal alignment. Exercising for a few minutes at a desk such as torso flexion, leg extension, shoulder flexion and around your wrists can go a long way in helping you gain weight with a working body.

Knock knock! Who is there?

We ran back into the house as we used to do when we were little children. Whenever there is a ring or a knock on the door, instead of waiting for someone to get up, rush to the door and respond immediately. Chasing will make regular exercise fun and help remove any fatigue from your body. If you follow these small daily routines, you will be burning calories throughout the day and losing weight fast!
